For the main purpose of getting you where you want to go the Lowrance XOG is a tremendous SatNav

The Lowrance XOG is awfully easy and intuitive to use to find the best route. The start screen icons are effortless enough and the display is not puzzling at all, allowing you simple access to read the map and select which functions you need.

Directions provided by the Lowrance XOG look amazingly accurate. The car GPS navigation system talks to you with voice directions in the shape of "Turn right in 0.5 miles onto Alexander Street" at intervals of 2 miles, 0.5 miles, and right before a turn, giving ample of warning before the next turn. When you have a turn at once after another one, the Lowrance XOG will also add "Turn left onto Collins Street, followed by a right turn." The car GPS navigation system is brilliantly good with freeways, allowing you loads of notice which side you should be on prior to a split in the road or the exit. You will find yourself only occasionally having to look at the route display as the voice instructions are so correct. Route wise this automotive GPS system seems to direct me to my destination awfully well.
