I actually have used numerous car GPS navigation systems before picking which one to get. Eventually we chose the TomTom GO 920. My Wife and I were a little bit worried only because so many reviews stated how horrible the customer service was. Unfortunately three weeks after we had bought it, the start-up screen just froze and I panicked. Luckily one call to customer service and the problem was sorted.
The TomTom GO 920 screen is clear which is handy. The directions are brilliant and recalculating takes an average amount of time. We found that some of the struggles people complain about with GPS products stem from exceptionally high expectations that no GPS product can meet.
