I actually have used quite a few GPS products before choosing which one to pick. At the end of the day we chose the Navigon 7200T. I were a little anxious only because quite a few reviews stated how awful the customer service was. As it happens two weeks after we had set it up, the start-up screen froze with the hour glass showing and I was quite worried. However one call to customer service and it was fixed.
The Navigon 7200T screen is easy to read which is great. The directions are very good and recalculating is excellent. You may discover that some of the problems people complain about with automotive GPS systems come from enormously high expectations that no GPS product can meet.
