My Wife and I have used many automotive GPS systems before picking which one to pick. In the end we picked the Garmin nuvi 200W. We were a little nervous only because a few of the reviews stated how poor the customer service was. Unfortunately five days after we had set it up, the start-up screen just froze and I panicked. Fortunately one call to customer service solved the problem.
The Garmin nuvi 200W screen is big which is handy. Routes are excellent and recalculating is excellent. We discovered that some of the things people complain about with GPS products may be from awfully high expectations that no GPS device can meet.
